▪️COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
We continue to ship out domestic orders as usual. Should we be unable to ship your order, you will be contacted by our team.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of National Holidays in which Shipping Carriers are closed and packages cannot be dropped off at their facility.
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days.
*All shoes are shipped in original boxes, however, you may request your order to be shipped without the box by leaving a comment in the 'Cart Notes' at checkout.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original plastic packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please make sure to include your Order # and full name. If your return request is accepted, you will be able to ship back to us with any carrier of your choice. XANDRA does not cover return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow 1-5 business days for returns to be processed.
All accepted returns will be refunded via Store Credit. Store Credit will be sent via the email provided when placing the order and will be available for immediate use once received.
